Our Workshops
We offer a range of group workshops or one to one sessions coaching depending on your requirements.
Workshop One: Getting You Started
General presentation to a maximum of 50 students highlighting what is often overlooked and what is underestimated through the recruitment process.
This session is interactive and informative and includes an interview role play, interview do’s and don’ts, advice on CV writing, information on different application processes and market information.

Workshop Two: Boost Your Job Chances
This workshop is aimed at students who will be looking for employment in the next 6-12 months. It will involve role playing and active participation, CV writing and advice on the application process. We will critique CVs prior to the workshop and develop them further within the workshop.
Students need to complete our standard questionnaire a week prior to attending, as well as provide their CVs where possible.
Where a group of students have similar career aspirations we will tailor the workshop accordingly.

Workshop Three: Uni Interviews Made Easier
Starting with a 30 minute presentation to all students, we conduct two interviews per student with two consultants. Each interview will have a different focus and students will receive feedback on both.
Personal statements must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the workshop so that interviews can be tailored for each student.

Workshop Four: Make Your CV and Job Application Count
This is a working workshop where students will create or improve their CVs and develop a personal summary. We will also cover how to write an impactful cover letter and how to best approach job applications.
Following the workshop students will have one week to complete their CV before sending it to us to critique.

Workshop Five: Individual Workshop
This is a one to one workshop where students have the opportunity to practise in an interview situation and receive immediate feedback. Review and guidance will also be provided on their CV and tailored advice will be given on how they can get the best out of the application process and interview.
The student would need to complete our standard questionnaire a week prior to attending, as well as provide their CV where possible.
